An AI resolution is a conversation the AI handled from start to finish without a human stepping in. It's charged from your wallet.

When a conversation counts as resolved

  1. 1The AI answered the customer, and
  2. 2No agent replied in that conversation, and
  3. 3The customer didn't come back with the same issue within the resolution window

When it doesn't count

  1. 1The conversation was escalated to a human
  2. 2The customer only sent a greeting or spam
  3. 3The AI didn't reply
