Test the AI before going live

Use the Test panel in AI Agent to chat with your AI and check its answers before turning it on for customers.

Steps

  1. 1Open AI Agent
  2. 2Click Test in the top right
  3. 3Ask questions the way your customers do — in Arabic, English and different dialects
  4. 4If an answer is wrong or missing, add or fix the related knowledge source
  5. 5When you're happy, switch AI replies to On
!Test the hard cases too: angry messages, out-of-scope questions and requests to talk to a human.
