Go to AI Agent → Voice, turn on calls for your WhatsApp number, then choose a voice, language and greeting.

  2. 2Top up your wallet — AI voice is billed per minute. See [Your wallet](#wallet)
  3. 3Open AI Agent → Voice
  4. 4Turn on WhatsApp calling for your number
  5. 5Choose a voice and listen to the preview
  6. 6Choose the language or leave it on auto-detect
  7. 7Write the greeting, for example "Hi, thanks for calling YourStore, how can I help?"
  8. 8Click Save and call your number to test it
