A simple weekly routine
- 1Open Inbox and filter by Handled by AI
- 2Read a sample of conversations
- 3For a wrong or weak answer, check which source the AI used
- 4Edit that source or add a new Q&A with the correct answer
- 5Look at escalated conversations to find questions the AI couldn't answer, and add them
