Short answer
The wallet is a prepaid balance used for AI resolutions and AI voice minutes. Top it up from Settings → Billing → Wallet.
What uses the wallet

- 2AI voice minutes — each minute the AI voice agent is on a call
Top up
- 1Open Settings → Billing → Wallet
- 2Click Top up
- 3Choose an amount
- 4Pay with your saved payment method
Auto top-up
Turn on Auto top-up and choose a threshold. When your balance drops below it, Nateq tops it up automatically so the AI never stops.
!When the wallet is empty, the AI stops replying and new conversations go to your team.
