Add or remove seats

Short answer
Inviting a member adds a seat; removing a member frees one. Manage seats in Settings → Billing.
- 1Adding seats — you're charged a prorated amount for the rest of the billing period
- 2Removing seats — the change applies at the next renewal; the seat stays usable until then
Removed members lose access immediately, and their conversations stay in your workspace.
