Manage multiple brands

Short answer

Add each brand in Settings → Brands with its own channels, AI agent and knowledge, all managed from one account.

Steps

  1. 1Open Settings → Brands
  2. 2Click Add brand
  3. 3Enter the brand name and logo
  4. 4Connect the brand's channels (its own WhatsApp number, email and so on)
  5. 5Set up a separate AI agent and knowledge sources for it
  6. 6Choose which teams can see this brand's conversations

In the Inbox, use the Brand filter to switch between brands.
