Set your company name, time zone, default language and business hours in Settings → General.

- 1When SLA timers run (if you choose business hours only)
- 2The message customers see outside working hours
- 3When routing assigns conversations to agents
Set different hours per day and add holidays so customers know when to expect a reply.
