Short answer

Build your own reports in Reports → Custom, and show live numbers on a TV with a wallboard.

Create a custom report

  1. 1Open Reports → Custom
  2. 2Click New report
  3. 3Add widgets: choose a metric, a chart type and filters
  4. 4Arrange them and click Save

Create a wallboard

  1. 1Open Reports → Wallboards
  2. 2Click New wallboard and add live metrics like waiting conversations, agents online and calls in queue
  3. 3Click Open fullscreen and display it on a screen in your office
