Change or cancel your plan

Short answer

Go to Settings → Billing → Plan to upgrade, downgrade or cancel.

  1. 1Upgrade — takes effect immediately; you pay the prorated difference
  2. 2Downgrade — takes effect at the next renewal
  3. 3Cancel — your account stays active until the end of the paid period

Cancel

  1. 1Open Settings → Billing → Plan
  2. 2Click Cancel subscription
  3. 3Tell us why (optional) and confirm

Your wallet balance is kept if you come back later.
