Short answer
Add the SPF, DKIM and Return-Path records Nateq gives you to your domain's DNS so your emails don't land in spam.
Steps
- 1In Nateq, open Settings → Channels → Email and select your channel
- 2Copy the records shown (DKIM and Return-Path)
- 3Log in to your domain provider (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap and so on)
- 4Add each record exactly as shown
- 5Back in Nateq, click Verify DNS
RecordWhat it does
SPFSays which servers may send email for your domain
DKIMSigns your emails so receivers trust them
DMARCTells receivers what to do with emails that fail checks
!DNS changes can take up to 48 hours, but usually work within minutes.
