Customize the chat widget

Short answer
Change colors, position, greeting and language from Settings → Channels → Live chat → Appearance.
You can change:
- 1Brand color and logo
- 2Position (bottom right or bottom left)
- 3Greeting message and welcome text
- 4Language (Arabic, English or auto-detect)
- 5Pre-chat form to ask for name, email or phone before the chat starts
Changes go live on your site as soon as you click Save.
