Create segments from your contacts

Short answer
Go to Contacts → Segments, click New segment and add filters like tag, country, channel or last conversation date.
Steps
- 1Open Contacts → Segments
- 2Click New segment
- 3Add filters, for example:
- 4Tag is vip
- 5Country is Saudi Arabia
- 6Last conversation more than 30 days ago
- 7Check the contact count on the right
- 8Click Save
Segments update automatically as contacts change, so a campaign always goes to the right people.
!Only send marketing messages to contacts who agreed to receive them.
