Nateq's AI understands and replies in all major languages, including Arabic dialects and English.
The AI detects the customer's language and replies in the same language automatically. Arabic customers can write in their own dialect (Gulf, Egyptian, Levantine and others) and still get accurate answers.
The dashboard is available in Arabic and English. Switch it from your profile menu.
