Short answer
Agents get browser, sound and email notifications for new escalations and assigned conversations. Set them in Profile → Notifications.
Steps
- 1Open your Profile → Notifications
- 2Allow browser notifications when prompted
- 3Choose which events notify you: new escalation, assigned to me, mention, new message
- 4Choose the channel for each: browser, sound or email
